It still comes down to: We could have been constructed to operate via your rhemic stuff constantly, from the beginning. We weren't.

We were given different languages & cultures to filter all this stuff through-- and to share it with people within cultures & across cultural boundaries.

What about an art form like poetry? There's something about managing to say something just the right way... Granted, it comes from the Spirit or neither the form nor the content will be worth assembling. Hmmm! A visually beautiful landscape or human being is something we see directly. When we try to paint it, are we really adding anything to what's there (unless we distort, whether deliberately or though ineptitude?) Okay, we get something to hang on the wall and look at with our physical eyes. Two things about this. Most people don't see it if you hang it on the wall, either. "That's nice, dear. Look at my new painting!" The other thing is that the real painting isn't this thing on the wall; it's what happens while someone is painting; the fact that you see the subject better afterwards (when it's too late) shows that you were connecting with it more deeply from struggling with this artificial, limited mode.

When people can connect above & below-- talk about religious stuff while remaining open to the spirit it comes from-- they get something beyond their personal intuition. (It happens through individuals, or it doesn't happen-- but one individual says something, and another adds a contrasting bit, and then both see that God has been here at work on us.)
