- I have been a Quaker for much of my life although I only discovered I was one in mid 90's when I met other who believed as I did and learned they called themselves Quakers. I have lived on four continents including 32 years in Africa and 25 in the USA. I am heavily involved in the Alternative to Violence Project (AVP).
