About Me
I am a Convincement Friend, and the second woman in the history of US Army Command Japan to ever request Conscientious Objector status. With the help of Friends from Japan Yearly Meeting, I received my discharge in 1975. I now run Maison Rive Historic Clothing and Supplies, a home business supplying clothes to reenactors.

Welcome, Honour,

I am very interested in your name. My daughter is named Honor, for our immigrant ancestor Honor Treat Deming. We realized sometimes her named was spelled the British way, like yours, but chose the American spelling.

How long have you been a Friend? I have been a Friend since 1989.

Yours in Faithfulness, Paula
