Hello Friends,

Do you know of any online resources on how a jury could work with quaker process to have a more peaceful and inclusive experience of the jury deliberation process?

Most of what I'm finding so far when I search for this topic is either about William Penn being charged by a jury (or acquitted) and serving jail time...or is the good material brought by fellow Quakers who dissent in some form or another in the jury process.  I am looking for information that actually assumes that others can be taught how to do this, and can find this process supportive in a jury deliberation context.

Not sure it's exactly what you're looking for but Scott Holmes is a Quaker lawyer in North Carolina who has wrestled with how to maintain our witness in the courtroom setting. Jon Watts interviewed him as part of QuakerSpeak last year:
