Odd question... 

    If a Worship Group is dissatisfied with it's "Parent Meeting," is there a process by which they can separate, and come under another Meeting?

Short answer; ask the 'parent' MM and the MM you are transferred to both minute the transfer -- that way everything is recorded.

Copies of these minutes should also be sent to the Yearly Meeting.
