When I was a child . . . growing up . . . my parents would say " I love you" . . . and as a child . . . I thought that I knew . . . I understood . . . their message . . . their feelings . . . about . . . their . . . Love . . . for . . . me.
The first time I held . . . my first born . . . in my arms . . . she looked at me and she smiled . . . my soul exploded with love . . . love . . . love . . . that I had never . . ever . . . dreamed of . . . love that would never end for her . . . no matter what happened to her perspective of me . . . I would still love her . . . with a never ending love. God spoke to me and said "this is parental love" . . . "what do you think now?"
I now know that I was totally clueless . . . as a child . . . to the words and understanding of my parents.
We can read all the books of the world written on parental love. And we will never understand the true meaning of parental love . . . until we experience being a parent.
We can read all the books of the world . . . on every subject. And we will never understand the true meaning of anything. We are only spinning our wheels . . . and going nowhere . . . truth comes from having direct communication and a relationship with God.
Blessings to all
Rick
