About Me
I converted fully to Christianity at the age of 34 after several sporadic starts and stutters. In the last few years I feel I have been led of God to become a Quaker, Old German Baptist Brethren and Mennonite- combined. I have only recently joined Quaker Quaker and began dressing more plainly. I am a hermit that keeps to myself most of the time. I do not regularly attend normal 'worldly' churches like most Christans do preferring instead to simply stay at home and read my bible. Having a wandering attention problem, this helps me to stay less distracted by the outside world. I lived and worked many years at night-time since it is more peaceful, quite and less distractful than living and working during the day like most people do. This had the adverse affect of killing my social life and leaving me still single at the age of 41. It also didn't help being quite shy too. My wandering attention problem also causes me to struggle with reading in general and my bible specifically. I also have low vision and hyperlexia which doesn't exactly help the situation any. This all ties directly back to my being diagnosed with ADHD as a young child, which I have since learned is a nonsense diagnoses being made by “doctors” and “psychologists”. Instead it is merely a matter of my being extremely right-brain hemisphere dominant. This side of the brain being in charge of your emotions and simultaneous processing abilities with the left being in charge of more fine-grain type, sequential processing- the kind used for reading, grammar, logic and rhetoric. The United States placing great value on people with the latter ability and Japan placing great value on people with the former. Because of this, I have been tempted to move to Japan but feel God wants me to stay here instead.
