- I attend Santa Monica meeting and am interested in all things Friendly, especially the Norwegian history of the Quakers. There were two boats from Norway which arrived in New York. The decendants of the first were not followed historically, but the second were. One of the decedants from the second boat was the dear lady who convinced me many years ago in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. My mission in life is to live in the light every day so that those who are troubled and come in contact with me will ask what my secret is, and I can share that it's no secret at all but a way of living available to all. When individuals are at peace, war will be hard to make.
