- I attend Quaker Meeting in Godmanchester five miles from my home. Whenever possible I cycle there to support our meeting's commitment to lowering our carbon footprint. Until 2006 I worked as a probation officer. Then, at the age of 60, I retired. I'm now trying to build a more equal world through developing personal contacts at the grassroots. I'm also very much into birds and wildlife in general,
