It is a small conference centre on 100 acres (40 hectares) of freehold land and surrounded by 2800 acres (1000 hectares) of leasehold bush and lake environment. The Silver Wattle Point is a vigorous eco-system teeming with noisy birdlife, rare plants and gentle Quakers.
