I was looking at what came up on an image search for "quakers" and this came up. Someone has grouped comic book characters by religion. Quakers get lumped with Radical Pacifists so it is funny that Nixon is in there. According to Wikipedia the Moon characters were villains who were described as "radical pacifist terrorists” apparently they went around destroying military equipment in "a misguided effort to end all wars"
