Do we have a translator in the audience?

Been a long time since I've used my Spanish. If anyone out there finds an error in the translation, please feel free to correct me. I'm using the NRSV to translate the biblical verses.

Here goes:

Personal experience of the Light creates a true path within us, and this is to be born again.

"The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who lived in a land of deep darkness - on them the light has shined" (Isaiah 9:2)

We need the Light of Christ in order to walk through the darkness of this world.

"I am the light of the world. Whosoever follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life" (John 8:12)

Jesus is our guide. He not only shows us the path through the darkness, but consistently offers his counsel when we need to make important decisions.
