- i am a professional Aggression Response trainer from Switzerland /Europe and need to contact Paul Smith from Sagle or Paul Smith Heighs - tey are the same I think. It is very important for me, as he was concerned about aggression in psychiatric hospitals in the 70-ies and created a Manual for professional assault response training in the 80-ties. Some of what he thougt about over 40 years ago maches so well with what the trainers in switzerland do and think today. I m just so impressed!
