- Hi, I'm officially retired, but paint nature, mostly native birds. After many years of studying eastern spiritual paths, mainly Hinduism and Buddhism, I became a member of the Eastern Orthodox Church. I also engage in Christian Meditation Christian Meditation. some years ago I read "Holy Silence" by Brent Bill and am now reading The Journal of George Fox. I am inspired to attend a Friends meeting, but am wanting to find out more.
