I am a former spiritualist student who realised I'm too nonconformist
for that way of life !
I still enjoy some spiritual practices such as meditation and I'm hoping to find more peace and acceptance by learning the Quaker Ways .
I'm also an ametuer/hobby local historian and geniologist.
I love visiting places of historic significance.
I am very lucky to live in a place of historic pilgrim significance. Also James Parnell ( please correct me if I'm wrong but , I'm led to believe has some significance to pre Quakerism ) was born in the town I live too !.
Obviously on learning this local history my interest was sparked immensely...... I hope to learn a great deal from this community 😊.
