I am quite new to being a Quaker - I arrived at it via the Church of England(childhood), the Free Church of Scotland (teenhood(?)), Atheism (late teenage, university, work) to around a year ago when I couldn't sleep on night and knew. Being somewhat shakey and still wiping the Atheist sleep-dust from my eyes I started attending my local (unprogrammed) Quaker meeting, Dundee. And in spite of occasional Atheistic tantrums, I'm still there.
Other than that I am a serial-student (I am 29 and WILL graduate next year whether I like it or not). I work for the Civil Service at present and am trying to live Christ. I found unprogrammed Quaker-ness most suitable for me as it is tolerant of those still coming round from Atheism; in that I am not saying that they are lacking in anyway, it just felt like coming home where you're always accepted as you are with faith you'll improve! Much like my mother really.
