- Since 1974 I have been a Quaker but have never joined the Society of Friends. I am an occasional attender of the Chapel Hill and Durham (NC) Friends Meetings, formerly attended Friendship (Greensboro, NC) and Beacon Hill Meeting (Boston MA), and am on the Advisory Board of Guilford College Friends Center. I am a professional and volunteer fundraiser.
