I sell jewelry retail, wholesale, in person (in a number of venues) & online. I also sell small unique, often vintage or antique art items ... responsible, pay rent & bills on time, independent, amiable, working, professional, creative, sociable, flexible, respectful of other's space & belongings,
am clean (but not OCD), non-smoking, reasonably quiet, can easily live with louder roommates, positive attitude, sense of humor, early to bed and early to rise, yet live well with night owls, keep house reasonably clean,
keep the sink free of dishes, keep a clean bathroom, need: parking on or off-street
need: place to put bicycle
like: making the place feel like home
like: keeping house plants
like: some storage
like: long term lease (preferred)
like: washer & drier
enjoy: gardening, outdoor space, back yard, porch
enjoy: cooking & sharing food ~ cool if it works out
enjoy: occasional BBQ >> vegan veggie or omnivore
I enjoy young children through elderly and of course everyone in-between
