Here's a series of blog posts on Quaker revitalization -- from a prairie viewpoint.  Here are a few new posts I've written on revitalization -- based on organic renewal.

The B-I-B-L-E

O what have they done to thee?

You used to be the Word of God

And now thee’s bad TV

That’s what I thought last night when I started watching “The Bible” on History Channel last night.  It’s Hollywoodishly dramatic enough that when my good wife fell asleep watching it and awoke during “The Vikings” which…

Arkies say larnin' too. Speaking of which I am learning a lot in a more visceral way through Douglas Gwyn's Seekers Found: atonement in early Quaker experience. If I had a blog, I'd write about it. But blogs are something else I am larnin' about. I am planning to ask my Spiritual Friend known to you as "David Carl" (Friend After 50 Years) to show me how to set up a blog. Since my recent convincement, I seem to be bursting with desire to write and talk as well as pump F/friends for their thoughts; so a blog might be just the ticket. See you in Memphis, Friend. Peace, Elizabeth
