I share the same name as this Quaker and whilst researching my tree I have come across this man. So far I can only find very basic information about and it appears very little is known about him.

I know he was a school teacher in Bristol

He had a wife Jane, a son and a daughter

He was buried at Bristol 5 March 1713

He wrote some books including The grounds of a holy life

Virtually nothing is known of his life: his name does not appear, for instance, in the minutes of the men's meetings of the Bristol Friends between 1667 and 1704.

Thank you for reading this posting.

Best Regards

Mell
